I attended over the last three days the IMA (Internet Merchants Association) conference in Las Vegas, a great opportunity to speak with small to mid-sized merchants about online retailing challenges (in particular around eBay and Amazon) and better understand where they are going (comparison shopping, international, social networking, etc.). Amazon’s Matt Williams presented at this event and Ina at AuctionBytes has a brief summary that is worth scanning. Notable is that Amazon includes a catalog insert in every FBA box.
