Seller account suspensions

Apr 1st, 2008 | By Max Leisten | Category: Selling Strategies

Ina at AuctionBytes has highlighted a seller thread on account suspensions that shows that you can’t let your eyes off the ball when selling on Amazon. Yes, that’s not news to you if you’re an established online retailer but there are a lot of micro sellers in particular in the media category that get their start on Amazon. I’ll spare you the ugly details around refunds, negative feedback, “bad” customers and competition and just call out my favorite post:

On the river, it’s ALL about customer service. Don’t kid yourself otherwise. And that means if you price a $22 set at $2, you grit your teeth and ship it anyway. We’ve all done it. It’s all about making the customer happy NO MATTER WHAT. If you can’t do that, you best look elsewhere to sell.
